Refund policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item to us for an exchange or refund, and we’ll do everything we can to make this as painless as possible for you.

If you are wanting to return an item, please contact our team on during normal business hours on 0430001243 or email sales@partscity.com.au with the purchase date and reason for return. This will help us process your request more efficiently.

For wrong product supplied or purchased returned must be within 30 days 

For items returned within 30days this must be followed :

    • That the parts are clean and unused, and must be in their original packaging with barcode (which also needs to be clean and undamaged)
    • We do not take back if the parts are painted , modified , fitted or have marks 
    • Additionally, the items must be securely packed within a corrugated shipping box, with packing paper (or newspaper) to help ensure everything is protected and cannot move around during transit
    • Every reasonable effort must be made to reduce the chances of the parts being damaged on their journey back to us
    • Please include your name within the box for quicker processing
    • Send the package to Quality Car Parts P O Box 350 Plumpton 2761 NSW.
    • Local drop-off is  available on some products
    • If wrong item is purchased and the listing mention It will not fit your vehicle than we reserve the right to deduct 20% restocking free plus return postage.
